If you purchase a physical book online, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order
without giving a reason.
To request a return, email thoughtsthatshapeyou@gmail.com within the 14-day period.
The book should be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the book.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
